The driver of the red wrecker was speeding on 635 @ noon on Tuesday April 9th. I don't recommend an unsafe driver to tow anyone's vehicle. I hope this driver gets caught speeding before they cause a wreck.
Crappy Service was here 3 hours and the employee was of no help as a call would come in she would enter it before getting back to us even then she said we could wait or we could come back. It seemed to never end. We came from 4 hours away to have to wait 3 hours more.
I want to give a shout out to Big Bass Towing! Yesterday, we went to their lot in Rowlett to retrieve personal items from our vehicle after my son was in a head on collision Saturday night. All of the employees were so kind and caring that I felt I needed to applaud their customer service!!!

They are very careful and conscientious of your vehicle and doing any damage.i have used them for years and always had a great experience.
Had an emergency and needed a tow for our classic car, 56 nomad. They made sure a flatbed tow truck came and took extra special care with our car. Great job and customer service!
