Nice enough looking community. HOA is awful. Truly They constantly take away the amenities without warning or a reason. Animals defecate all over. People speed and ignore stop signs. The traffic. God the traffic to get here is so bad. Be prepared to not leave the house between 2-6 pm unless you want to sit in back to back traffic for a few hours. If you're looking, keep looking. This place isn't it.
