Had my second colonoscopy and an endoscopy with Dr Robison. She is an awesome physician. Had a few problems. She directed me to a hematologist and a surgeon. She moves quickly.
Easy to talk to, seems thorough. It seems like my diganosis was checked double checked and triple checked by Dr. Robison and her NP! Getting a colonoscopy is nothing, best one can expect. Her backup staff is stellar....calls are returned with any question you might have. Nobody ever makes you feel like you can't call or ask a question. Sometimes it does take 48 hours to get a call back though, but urgent calls are done immediately. I have the utmost respect for her and the way she handles me, total trust.
I have seen this doctor for about 5 years and have recommended friends and family to her. She seemed great until a family member had a difficult diagnosis. When the reason for the diagnosis was questioned she became frustrated and angry, even raising her voice. Eventually told the patient it was all in their head and to just take the prescribed anti-depressant. The patient went to two other physicians for a second opinion. Dr Robinson did testing until she found my problem, recommended a surgeon, gave me expert information, did an upper and lower GI procedure that was the easiest and best I ever experienced. She is expertly knowledgeable, and goes beyond the scope of care to help and resolve your health issue.
Great personality, interested in your health, skilled in procedures, easy to get appointment. Trustworthy. Very happy with her care.
I suffer from IBS-C (constipation). Dr.Robison first prescribed Linzess. It was WAY too strong for me, so she told me to take it every other day. After months of this, my intestines became swollen. The receptionist and she suggested Lactulose, which Dr. Robison declined—saying it’s “too strong.” I went back and was told by her nurse that I “just needed a therapist.” They both treated me like I was insane, and brushed me off. Went to a different doc, got lactulose, PROBLEM SOLVED.
Love love love her , I've been a patient of hers for over 3 years and wouldn't dream of leaving.
Dr. Robison is extremely thorough with her evaluations and diagnosis. She is one of the friendliest and most personable doctors you will meet. She explains everything in very simplistic terms. I would highly recommend Dr. Robison. Her bed-side manner is very professional and caring.
She is extremely knowledgable, was very easy to talk to and fixed met stomach problem.
