The entire staff from Dr Ackerman to her PA, clinic trial administrators to the receptionist.....all are warm, personable, knowledgeable and professional. I've never experienced better in my lifetime.
Dr. Ackerman and her team are an amazing group of people. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a rare form of dementia, and Dr. Ackerman and her team have been so caring and compassionate. They have said anything you need you just reach out and we’ll take care of it. It makes the diagnosis a little more palatable. Kudos to the way they’ve handled my care.

Dr. Ackerman & her staff do an exceptional job finding the smallest and least likely things that are a problem. very professional.
On time for visit, waited 5 minutes to be called.Assistant very thorough in confirming medical records, medication and setting up reason for visit for Dr Ackerman.I’ve been seeing Dr. Ackerman for better than 10 years. She is always attentive to all my needs from body scans to skin cancers to itchy skin, scalp. Very professional, very competent, extremely polite and genuinely cares for her patients.
Yearly exam, very thorough, knowledgeable listens to my concerns. I love the fact that she has students in with her during your exam. She does ask for your permission to allow the student in for training. She is passing on her knowledge and experience to the next generation of dermatologist.
I have been going to Dr. Ackerman for probably 10 years now. She is a very knowledgeable doctor who keeps up with training and new medical findings, which I think is very important. She is very popular, busy, and hard to get in to see (btw, Dr. Kessler is great too)… but… when you do, she will answer all your questions, listen to your concerns, look closely at you, and discuss all your treatment options. My condition is very stubborn. After seeing another top dermatologist in the valley for years. I decided to take the advice of my son (a derm resident) and see Dr. Ackerman, she is very highly esteemed in the dermatology world. She has treated my condition with the newest treatments. Much success! She is a listener. She is always 10 steps ahead of my questions.I go away from my appointment with confidence in her treatment plan.
Excellent Doctor - answers every question, takes her time and doesn't rush the patient, excellent bedside manner, compassionate and makes the patient feel very comfortable. 5 stars
