I only go once a year but the staff are wonderful along with Dr. Ackerman. On time, did not rush and all questions were answered. She cares about her patients.
Dr. Ackerman has been my dermatologist since 2017. She is the best in the Phoenix area. Always genuinely concerned for the patient and explains clearly what’s going on with my psoriasis. My insurance recently gave me a referral for another dermatologist. I called them up and had it changed back to Dr. Ackerman. No need to see anyone else.

The entire staff from Dr Ackerman to her PA, clinic trial administrators to the receptionist.....all are warm, personable, knowledgeable and professional. I've never experienced better in my lifetime.
Dr. Ackerman and her team are an amazing group of people. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a rare form of dementia, and Dr. Ackerman and her team have been so caring and compassionate. They have said anything you need you just reach out and we’ll take care of it. It makes the diagnosis a little more palatable. Kudos to the way they’ve handled my care.
