Our visit to Lindsay was a success. Jack is very knowledgeable and helpful. We set it up so that we were pre approved before we went. Very smooth process and love our new ride.
I had an issue with a service Lexus performed months ago. They not only fixed my car, they waived the fees on other services I had today. A shoutout to Daniel Gurara, my service rep, who did Lexus proud.

We have bought 5 cars from Lindsay but was very disappointed at the service I got trying to replace a key fob for one of our cars. First they cut a new key instead of replacing the fob then they said it would cost $300 and take 2 hrs to replace. Hour later they said I didn't have the master key so it would be $600 and another 3 hours. Told them to forget it and they still wanted to charge me for the unnecessary key they cut.
