Definitely *NO* ! ... If you want to buy a 0 mileage car this is not the place! You will be treated wonderful the day of purchase but wait till later! ...*HORRIBLE* customer service ( specially from service department ). Glad my husband went to a BMW to get his you can definitely see the difference!
I had an amazing experience with Lindsay Lexus in December of 2018. Sid was my salesperson and Ace was the general manager. Everyone at Lindsay was professional, friendly and extremely patient. I was a little indecisive when deciding on a new Lexus SUV and they were wonderfully knowledgeable and explained the pluses and minuses of each body style. I walked in to look at a used car and the salesman, Doug, was very helpful. he took me to see the vehicle and made the process easy. we were able to agree on numbers that worked for me and I ended up leaving with a new to me car.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Do not buy or take your car here for service!!!
I highly recommend Lindsay Lexus. I have bought two Lexus vehicles from them and Lindsy provides top notice service and goes above and beyond to ensure their customers get the right car and are happy with this after the purchase!
