Really sad to say this in this day and age that with everyone trying to survive COVID, there are still high-end dealerships such as yours taking advantage of unknowing customers. Just got back from work to find out that Lindsay Lexus, within six months, took over $1225.00 from my wife for pretty much two oil changes, topping off her brake fluid and some air filters. To top that off they also told her she needed her brakes replaced for another $1500.00. I’m guessing that this is for new pads as there is no grinding of the rot... read more

Finance Managers could exhibit more ETHICAL BEHAVIOR and RESPECT with regard to customers by discussing all the additinal packages someone can purchase rather than arbitrarily adding them and maybe hoping the customer doesn't notice! Total lack of RESPECT and TRUST lost! Not sure if unethical practice is a Lexus wide tactic, dealership wide, or specific individual problem.
I recently leased an RX 350 Sport from Lindsay Lexus. I worked with Edward in leasing and sales and he was extremely professional, competent, and made the process seamless. I highly recommend working with this dealership if you are considering a Lexus.
