WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Today I went to Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria, VA, as a referral from my parents and a great friend who both have purchased several vehicles from Frank. Despite having the BEST salesperson Kim and a very personable Sales Manager Alan Jones, it all went downhill from there. Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria has the most polite, well trained staff. The service facility is clean, beautiful, comfortable and accommodating, whether you want to sit, have a snack and get caught up on the news or work in their separate, quiet business center. And of course my car is always returned to me clean and running like a top! 10 out of 10, for sure.
The customer service in the service department is fantastic. Mike Lunsford is an exceptional service manager. although I bought my car from someplace else, My lexus only knows Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. i love tye customer waiting area
I have owned two Lexus SUVs and have loved them. The service department always provides quality service, however they are very busy and service can take some time. One of the service department’s biggest assets is Tammy Simone. She has been my service rep for several years and she is outstanding! She gives comprehensive information what is going on with my car, keeps me updated, and explains all services thoroughly. She is professional, friendly, and patient.
