Why the hell list a car with no intention of selling it with this list price???!!! Can’t you be upfront and say everything when asked. You absolutely wasted our time. I spoke to one of the sales agents and when I asked about the final price he was like the policy is not to disclose such information over the phone and promised they have the best offers We decided to drive one hour to see this best offer and of course the car price went up almost 3k and of course without taxes Scammers....

I wish there were zero stars. Their business model is based on Bait and switch. Listed a car online for $18500 and in the fine print there is extra $500 processing fee. I called them to ask about the actual final price of the car, they wouldn't tell me. And told me I have to come to the store to get the final price but assured me they will match prices from other deals. Bought a cheap used car. Then they picked it up to perform a md state inspection. The car failed so They ordered a part. Then the car was dropped off the second time to get the part installed. They said it needed $4000 worth of work but they only put a $500 dollar catted downpipe on it so they lied about that. Then when the car was dropped of a second time. It was mechanically perfect.
