If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Because of the pandemic my husband has been working out all of the logistics via email and phone. He spent countless hours negotiating before driving over an hour away for a “done deal.” He had everything in writing for his trade-in and the price of the car. When it came time to sign the paperwork, the general sales manager came out and said they were taking 5k off the trade-in value of the car. I was going to purchase a truck from them and the price went from 57,000 to 60,000.00 in 10 minutes. When I asked why I got a bad attitude. It was advertised on there website and cargurus. Very sneaky.

This dealership is VERY sneaky. I caught our salesman (Jose Real) in several lies, about pricing of the car. There’s also a $1900 price that they WILL place on the sale of your car, called Blue Oval certification. This is only for oil changes and tire rotation but they try to up-sale it like it’s more than just that. You do not get the full value of $2k. Additionally, they promised to order me all-weather mats as part of the deal...& two weeks later still haven’t had any success on that. Whenever I call, there is no manager ... read more

I had an amazing shopping experience with Raymond hart & Mahamana Dabo. Buying my first Ford F 150. My dream Truck ! BIg RED! BEAUTIFUL, absolutely beautiful inside & out ! Very deceitful in their business practices. They extort money from you in every way possible. Have dealt with other dealerships in my life but never dealt with any that have no conscience.

Words can't even been to describe the nightmare they have put me through. they advertise their cars at extremely low price and when asked why it was told to me that the cars were mostly of people who lease them. In trying to finish the sale, they ended up adding over 7000.00 worth of charges in warranty etc to the car. We tried to handle this respectfully with Eddie before 24hrs and he was nothing but ignorant, disrespectful, and rude. dont buy a car from here. all they care about is your money, once the car is out of the lot and start having issues, they dont help you in any way. my brand new 2020 ecosport has been there for more than a month getting "fixed" but they cant fix it.
