I love Lindsay 414! I moved in about 3 months ago and dont regret it for a minute. The staff is attentive and awesome. Whenever any unit or building issues arise, they are responsive, friendly and professional. The location and style of the building was what first compelled me to sign a lease, but the staff is what will keep me here 100%.
I lived here for a year and had zero problems. I liked it so much I resigned my lease but a month later I started seeing mice. Management has put in minimal effort to solve the rodent problem. I had to buy my own traps and find the holes for them to patch. I've noticed the maintenance of the property had also been slipping. The trash is always over flowing so squirrels get in it and throw the trash everywhere. No one has come to clean the interior hallways in a month or two.
