a tenant The building is very noisy, kids are always play in the apartment yard. Walkways are too narrow, if they hit somebody, could cause a big trouble,They run in the laundry room and under our feet too. Some familie's guests, relatives grandkids or friends visit them, they all throw the kids out. They use the building as a park. Manager is very mean,She always ignors the tenants problems. kings road towers This is a very spacious apartment and you really get a good value for the location. Large master bedroom. Very close walking distance to many melrose and west hollywood locations. Gated parking. The common area hot tub has not worked in over a year so dont expect to use that any time soon. Other than that the pool in the common area is well kept and a nice luxury. Would recommend this quiet apartment complex to young professionals, especially those working in the Beverly Hills or West Hollywood area.
