The Lindholms are 3rd generation roofers. Thomas H. Lindholm started as a roofer in 1949. His son’s Tim and Bob, joined in the 1970′s and early 80′s. I had a need for a roof repair following a bad wind storm we had recently in the West Chicago suburbs. I was referred to Lindholm from a friend of mine and I was extremely happy with the service and the price. The project manager came out quickly to assess the damage and offered to send out a crew the night of to emergency tarp my roof (it wasn’t necessary, but the offer was much appreciated). Our roof was randomly chosen to be inspected to certify the warranty and the inspector stated that the roof was of high quality and installed impeccably! As a consumer, it looked good, but very reassuring to hear from an expert. Thank you Lindholm roofing. I would/will recommend you to others.
I called the Elmhurst office and tried to see if I could get an estimate for Saturday. Adrian answered the phone but said that she would pass the information to the project managers and they would have to call back to determine when they would be free. As she was not able to provide any sorry if date/time, I said that I would think about it. While I was still talking she hung up the line. I won't be using this company if they can not even provide good customer service.
Called about my leaking roof in August. The work is STILL not even started. In fact, I just called to ask them when the work is scheduled to begin (3rd time asking) and it's apparent that they NOW can't find my contract. They told me that they had to call me back. Their Yelp reviews say it all. Avoid this company like the plague.
There is a reason why Lindholm Roofing has been in business since 1949, professional service and outstanding quality work. I needed a gutter and downspout replaced on the front of my house and I contacted Lindholm Roofing to perform the services. I contacted Lindholm Roofing when I noticed damage to my aging roof following very high winds. Shingles had blown off and I was concerned about incoming rain. My experience was excellent. The response was timely and the work is quality. I'm aware that my roof should be replaced in the short term, and am pleased that Lindholm Roofing was able and willing to provide service and prevent interior water damage while I prepare for the larger project. We had Lindholm Roofing install 2 skylights this winter and it couldn't have gone better. Ryan came out and explained everything and gave us lots of choices.
