Office is run horribly. Dr. Linder is always running atleast a half an hour behind and is cold during his appointments. The receptionist lied to me and said they didn't take Medi-cal and I was forced to pay over $400 out of pocket. Terrible service, overpriced, and not compassionate for people who are struggling with their mental health. I was a patient for 4 years and they treated me terribly the whole time. Do not come here.
Beware of this doctor! Thirteen years ago I took someone to Dr. Linder to get help with her anxiety. Not only did he not help her with this, he was adamant that she be put on several medications to treat what he said was obviously bipolar disorder. Luckily we did not heed his advice. She is not bipolar and never has been. She is now a happily married, employed, grounded person who never took those questionable drugs and got over her anxiety on her own. Very disappointed with this practice. The staff is unfriendly, disorganized and rude. When I called to discuss a billing question they put me on hold and never came back. I showed up for an appointment and the doctor had gone out of town but no one had bothered to call me and notify me prior to the appointment. Also be aware their is a 72 hour cancellation policy. I called to cancel my appointment 48 hours in advance and the owner charged me $305 for a 30 minute appointment.
Nothing positive to say here, so let me try to be constructive. The Linder practice needs to clean up its billing and records management. The Linder practice should stop gouging patients on no-show fees, charging them more for a missed appointment, than for a serviced appointment. The Linder Practice and doctors should return phone calls when there is an urgent need. The Linder practice should start appointments on time and give the full time charged.
Lost tons of money with no diagonis unless I give more money!! Took my son here for focus issues. After 5 sessions (where i kept having to keep them on track withthe actual issue) the Dr. said that he didn't need to see my son any more and would email the diagnosis. 2 emails, 10 calls, 3 text messages later and 2 months after the last appointment and the DR is now on meidcal leave and there anwser is that i should pay more money for a different DR. to send me the diagnoises. Dr Linder is very professional when handling very sensitive issues. He is approachable and helpful during both diagnosis and treatment. the treatment he recommended has made my life so much easier. I would encourage anyone experiencing difficulties to visit this practice. I would add that I wasn't diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I have an attention issue that has been resolved by Dr Linder
Because his knowledge listen skills along with understanding disorders I highly recommend Dr David linder. Dr linder worked with me years back and is communicative and explains away shame and you'll see light know this he is 100 professional and I trust him conpletely and itbrings success in you overcoming the challenges of trama whether it be 30 min =I felt accomplished and renewed with hope thank you David..
The office staff and billing are very bad. I have been billed incorrectly so many times now that I am going to a different facility. The first time, it took 3 months to rectify the billing and return my money. This time, they have no record on file of charging me, but I can see the charge on my credit card. When talking with billing, they can never explain what has happened and they lie. They bill several appointments together, making it hard to determine what they've billed for.
Before you take your child to this business, please read all the reviews you can find on places like Yelp and the Yellow Pages. The only reviews you will find anywhere that are more than 1 star (because you can't give 0 stars) were written by either the wife of the owner or the office manager.
