Very difficult to get ahold of for any kind of maintenance and some truly astounding management decisions. They put locks on our dumpsters but didn’t give anyone keys, so now no one can take the trash out. It’s been almost two months with no solution or real response aside from “we’re waiting for keys from the trash company.” Who thought this was possibly a good decision? Use cheap shortcuts in repairs and the building is a disaster zone, with constant construction and reconstruction of the same area multiple times. Probably costing the landlord more money in the long term.

The place has been great, a few problems here and there but no more than anywhere else. Definitely go to Michael, I would stow away from Fernando but Michael is great. Never stopped treating us good, and treated us the same throughout the process and solved issues immediately. Make sure to ask for Michael Rosenberg. 5/5!

I have been fortunate enough to have been with these folks since 2019. I don't regret any of it. It all started with Ed. He was very understanding and helped me find a place. He found a great place for me but had to wait 3 weeks as they were renovating. When I moved in 2019, the lovely apartment manager, Janet was very sweet and though there was a pretty obvious language barrier, she helped me in every possible way that she could.
