The place has been great, a few problems here and there but no more than anywhere else. Definitely go to Michael, I would stow away from Fernando but Michael is great. Never stopped treating us good, and treated us the same throughout the process and solved issues immediately. Make sure to ask for Michael Rosenberg. 5/5!
I have been fortunate enough to have been with these folks since 2019. I don't regret any of it. It all started with Ed. He was very understanding and helped me find a place. He found a great place for me but had to wait 3 weeks as they were renovating. When I moved in 2019, the lovely apartment manager, Janet was very sweet and though there was a pretty obvious language barrier, she helped me in every possible way that she could. I had my apartment exterminated three times to no avail, there are still cockroaches everywhere in my apartment. There is clearly a cockroach nest in the apartment building and the property management company is doing nothing about it/don't care that their tenants are living with vermin.
This property management company is exceptional. They took the time to review my application and considered the whole person rather than the mere statistics. They are professional yet super personable. Their property is charming, beautifully maintained, safe….i am overjoyed to count myself amongst their tenants. Specifically, Esmeralda who made this all happen and Ed who gave me the keys…thank you so much. I feel very welcomed home.
