Been here since January and so far I love my apartment. It’s spacious and renovated. Maintenance and office staff are super responsive, I even called and didn’t leave a message and they called me back to see if I had spoken to someone. Neighborhood is quiet, amenities are useful! The only thing I would complain about is the inside of the building (hallways/stairways) could use a little work but that’s something I’ve been assured will be improved soon. I wish i could give zero stars. I have been trying to talk to anyone about open apartments for 2 days straight and the door is locked, no one answers the phone, the only person working was on an hour and a half long lunch break, and when we scheduled an appointment to meet with someone we were completely ghosted. At this point I plan to move to literally anywhere else because the staff at Linden Square are so unprofessional.
Maintenance does a great job at Linden Square Apartments!
Kenzi was amazing to work with! Super helpful, professional, and made the leasing process quick and easy. Highly recommend her!
