Great service. They are always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to find out the answer if they don't know.
Great service, I was looking for very specific perennials and they let me know where they were or when they'd be in and helped me find the perfect tree for a difficult spot in our backyard.
Terrible service. The lady who answers the phones is sweet as Pie. Really nice lady. However, that was the end of my pleasant experience with Linden Nursery. I dealt with Ben, he is the guy who gives estimates/bids. He was a full day late for his appt. with us. And he was to create a bid for an insurance quote we needed. He said he would have it ready Monday. He came to our house Friday (was suppose to be there Thursday). Monday comes, no phone call, no email, no nothing.
