I have now lived at Linden House West for a year. The staff is friendly, very professional and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. Maintenance response is excellent. The environment created here makes it easy to meet new people, both at the monthly events held for residents, and through the creation of public spaces, indoor and outdoor, covered spaces near the pool, or farther from it. It supports a strong and vibrant community. I hope to be here for many years.
I was extremely nervous living on my own for the first time, but Linden House provided such a welcoming, kind, and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there, from the employees to the tenants, were wonderful. I honestly never once had any issues with anything during my year lived there. Highly, highly recommend. The one thing I will mention is try to go to the monthly activities that they provide. I wish that I had gone to more because they were very inviting.
I have lived here at the Linden House West Apartments for a little over a month now and I couldn’t be happier. Susan and Shelly are so delightful and are willing to go above and beyond for the tenants who live here. Maintenance requests are fixed extremely quick & the maintenance men are also very reliable. It’s a very safe complex and very convienent and close to many local stores! You can’t beat it. My view is incredible as well! I love my new home and plan to be here for many many years . I have lived at Linden House West for a month. The staff is friendly, very professional and was patient with my endless questions prior to making my decision to move here. In my month here I've requested 2 maintenance calls. Neither was a major issue but my surprise came when each were answered and resolved the same day as the request was made.
I’ve lived at Linden House for just under one year and love it! It’s conveniently located between I90 & I480, about 20 mins west of downtown Cleveland in Rocky River. Nearby to shopping, dining, and the Cleveland Metroparks. Only 10 mins from Cleveland Hopkins airport. The building is quiet, nicely landscaped, beautifully decorated, and has many renovated apartments. I have a 2-bedroom with a balcony that faces the east where I enjoy great sunrises!
