My Mom Had surgery Today and we had to wait more 5 hours to have her surgery I am Very desappointed with amount of hours that we where there waiting from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm With one Simple Sorry they think is good enough apology �
I have been there several times and it has always been an excellent experience. Everyone from the receptionist and nurses to the anesthesiologist and doctors have been beyond professional and very warm. I appreciate their attention to detail and effort to make it comfortable for me from the minute I arrive.
The staff was super friendly and super efficient. It made my procedure a breeze. Thanks to all the people there who went the extra mile to help me relax and get through the surgery.
I had the best nurses. The whole staff was great. That was my second time there each time was perfect.
