My husband and I are from the Chicagoland area, we had moved to southwestern Missouri 2 years ago. The biggest struggle we have had since moving to the area is finding quality restaurants. Lindberg's is top on our list and worth the hour drive plus it reminds us of the taverns back home. The food is excellant, everything is made fresh including the ketchup. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It is now on our monthly stop to Springfield.

I Love this Place!!!
I've been all over this country from NYC to San Francisco and this bar is truly one of my all time favorites. The staff is warm and welcoming, the food should seriously be featured and awarded if it hasn't already. The people who frequent the establishment are progressive and intelligent if your ever in Springfield Missouri I'd suggest the detour to check out this gem of the Mid West! hats off Lindburg' s Tavern.
Every dish I have eaten at Lindbergs has been absolutely mind blowingly delicious! If you have not eaten here, please do yourself a favor and go. You can pretty much order anything and it will be one of the best versions of that thing you have ever had. Trust me
