The service was so bad today the lady doesn’t know how to do the color I want and she didn’t tell me she doesn’t know how to do it. She tried three times and she didn’t know what to do I left store without any color She waist my time and I want to my party without my nails done
Vicky is amazing. If she’s not available I would avoid going at all costs. Too many bad experiences. Yesterday saw someone else. She ran 37 minutes late to my appointment with no apology. I booked for a full set but she tried to only do a fill when that’s not what I wanted or booked for. My nail beds were absolutely destroyed during her ripping my acrylics off with some sort of clippers. Very painful as well. Could not complete my nails properly that I requested.
