I have had hard time with get a true answer, if there is any available units, was asked to get in my car and drive around to units I did not know anything about,first time too, was given the keys to the wrong unit and try to get help from one of the resident, that was walking out side, the units are not the best keep up units, there is some very needed repairs on this property and everyone seems to lke to speak spanish, when there is something they dont wont you to know about? While the office staff are extremely nice, there is not enough parking and the valet trash service is a problem. I constantly get people double parking in my area so I cant get to my reserved spot. Neighbors leave their trash can on the front porch after the trash has been collected so we get to smell it until the next day. They also leave stinky empty cans on the front porch too. We have complained to the office but still get to smell the trash everyday.
After moving in found our the ground are a land mind for people who walk their dogs but dont pick up after them. People in upstairs apartment chopping word for fireplace on their patio. Often had to drive around to find a place to park. HIGH CRIME area. The real kicker is moved out early and was charged 1 1/2 months rent above what I paid for the time there even though my apartment was rented out to someone else when I drove through 2 weeks later. Then 2 months later I got a cleaning bill that was bogus. My previous 2 apartm... read more

EVERY APARTMENTS COMPANY HAS THEIR FAULTS. I DO LIKE CEDAR HILL..I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS. TRUST ME I HAVE LIVED IN WORSE PLACES.
You really dont want to live here.They dont want to properly fix anything or have respect for the individual. Or get rid of the nasty cockroaches that your alcoholic neighbor brought in!
I moved into Kempton Downs about a month ago and have been pleasantly surprised after my arrival. My neighbors as well as the staff have been very kind and although I did have a few problems with my unit they repaired them quickly and the handymen are really nice. The only thing that some may want to consider is that we are located across the street from MHCC so there are a lot of young people in the complex so you do hear a party from time to time but nothing obnoxious.

Hi. I like this place so much because is quite. I live in apartment one bedroom Im never have problem here. My apartment include electricty and water free. Im feel better in this place. I love my home. Some people think is old apartment, maybe is old but is sure and I feel fine and happy in this place. My neighbors are quite and kind. Sometime I make friends.
