Worse experience ever. The management and maintenance people are very difficult to deal with. All the appliances are old and not in very good working condition. The cabinets were broken in places and needed to be replaced, the air conditioner rattled every time it turned on and the dishwasher was extremely noisy. Outside, all the grassy areas were full of dog poop, cigarette butts and drink cans. There are deep cracks in the walkways and pavement which makes it hard to walk without tripping.
Its a good place to live. Bring your family.They keep up on the maintence on your aparmtent.They bug spray the place every thirty days. They have a swimming pool.The neighbors are pretty cool.
hello i just moved out of there i never saw rats or big roches but yes i agree that there was alot of fighting and my room never got broke into but there is drug use in there but thats all i can aford with my husband im moving back to cali tuesday

like the current resident mentioned it is full of roaches i was fortuante enough to never see the rats but roaches are crawling everywhere from the hallways to the bathrooms and your own room. the community bathrooms are always a mess and have things stained all over it. the elevator always smelled like number 1 and had graffiti and stains all over it. there is constant fighting in the building along with drug addiction. there was always trash outside the doors and in the hallway. the manager who was there when i lived there... read more
These people do bait and switch tactics like no other. When I called they said 860 for a 2bd then after we did all the paperwork and got approved hey said rent would now be over 900 because of their "flexibal" rates. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Filing with the BBB, that has to be illegal

I am writing because I moved out almost 5 months ago and have still not received my deposit even though I was assured I had earned it. Once I had been told "youll get it by Friday" but it never came. I was happy with the apartment, the property was maintained adequately, and I have no other complaints. I would appreciate a reply to my comment.
I have had hard time with get a true answer, if there is any available units, was asked to get in my car and drive around to units I did not know anything about,first time too, was given the keys to the wrong unit and try to get help from one of the resident, that was walking out side, the units are not the best keep up units, there is some very needed repairs on this property and everyone seems to lke to speak spanish, when there is something they dont wont you to know about?
