After relocating to the Bristol area and contacting Dr. Pearson's office to try and make and appointment .. I was told to have my doctor send my medical records over ..which was done , twice .. then I was told to wait for approval ... after checking for 3 weeks I was told I was not accepted as a patient and they would not tell me why ... when i asked for my records so I could try and find another doctor that thought i was good enough to receive help I was informed they had been destroyed
