Miserable experience. Spent over 3 hours for a 5 minute visit with a doctor who was more interested in complaining about her inept staff and insulting her ogre patients than serving me the patient. I was seen by 3 different techs who did various tests including for my eyewear Rx. I assumed that would be done by the doctor. Also, they take no special precautions to protect patients from covid. Now I’m praying I wasn’t infected there.
Out of five stars where one is poor and five is excellent I would like to give Dr. Burk five stars for excellent service. I really appreciate the after-care and thoughtfulness of Dr. Burk and her staff for supplying me with samples since my pharmacy was out of stock. They conveniently ordered for me from their pharmacist the medication I needed. In addition, in this climate of COVID-19, Dr. Burk and staff followed all the necessary steps to keep surfaces clean, contact at a minimum and everyone comfortable. Yours truly.
My last visit I saw Dr Burk for about sixty seconds. This was after a thorough exam by an experienced technician who also wrote a new prescription. Dr. Burk didn’t even look at the tech’s notes and wasn’t even aware I needed new glasses until I mentioned it. Thoroughly unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend.
