I would recommend Linda to anyone that I know (or don't know) who is seeking to sell their property. She was appreciative and knowledgeable about the historic aspect of the 100 year old property that we had for sale. Her walk-through virtual showing highlighted the rooms in a positive, but realistic way, noting the possibilities to viewers, which was fabulous. She was knowledgeable very reliable and willing to meet on our schedule, she was extremely helpful in selling our home & purchasing a new one. She even went out of her way to find us a real estate agent in a new state where she was not licensed. She helped with the money side as much as she could, for me that was a very big deal, i knew what to expect after the purchase of the house.

We have worked with Linda on several transactions, both buying and selling. We had previously worked with two other agents and weren'the happy either with their level of commitment, communication style or pushing us toward something that wasn't right for us. I was looking to purchase my first home. A friend referred Linda to me. She took the time 2.5 years to work and find the exact home/property with garage spaces I needed. Always right there willing to help offering suggestions. The best thing is she treated me as if she was buying the home herself. Making sure everything was what I wanted. Taking the time as if it was here money on the line. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. If I owned a real estate business this is the person I would want working for me.

EXPERIENCE: Linda guided us through selling, closing, and buying a home. We had no questions during the process as Linda was very clear and professional. Her contacts in the area allow the seller/buyer to obtain information not typically disclosed to the public. Linda coordinated meetings and contacts with a plumber, county zoning inspector, septic inspector, and septic installer. I have bought and sold 6 houses. In my lifetime and Linda is the best agent I have ever had. Trust and rapport. You must have both in order to be happy with a real estate agent and that is what made Linda so special. I could trust her judgement and know that she had my back no matter whether I was selling my home or buying a new one. Linda helped me find a house for me and my boys. She is very experienced in the field and was able to help me with every aspect of the buying process. Always sending me listings of homes for sale in my price range so I had many choices and always made time to show me any home I wanted to see.

Linda helped me buy my first home. She was incredibly helpful on everything. She listen to what are requirements and wants were and found exactly what we were looking for. Incredible experience from first calling her to closing on my house.
