I've had 3 specific Friday appointments where my meds have been forgotten to be called in. It so frustrating to to try and get meds filled on a Sat before 12:30pm which is when the pharmacy is closed. So today the pharmacist called and yet my meds still weren't called in. I don't get to schedule my own Apts or a time I choose. Im sent a message and it contains a threat that says jf you don't show up to this apt you'll be charged $30.
