Didn't help us at all. Told us we don't listen, we're too loud, things that antagonize without giving any solution. We know we're in a mess, but were given no direction, no tools we could use, nothing. She sat back with a "this is nuts" look on her face as we yelled at each other. What a joke. I said it hurts that my (other person) sees me as someone who isn't thoughtful, and Ms. Mills reflected back to me that I care too much about how I look. HUH??? Waste of time.
