I called to inform the practice that a crown on mine had become dislosdged. Vicki, at the fromt desk, was very accommodating in getting me a prompt appointment to deal with this uncomfortable experience. Dr. Mark very competently analyzed the situation and informed me that a portion of my tooth broke off when the crown dislodged. He was able to replace the crown - and advised that if it happened to fall off again, a newer crown would be needed. The entire encounter was managed completely to my satisfaction.
