Lincoln MKC-Have had amazing experiences here! Waiting room is great. They let you know in advance what's under your warranty BEFORE they do the service. Ive had tires replaced...oil changes...recalls fixed..defective part replaced..rental car assistance--all good. Only issue (thus the 4) is making appointments online... you would make you think they were booked until next year. They aren't. Kinda frustrating to have to call and hold and scroll calendars, when the online process should alleviate that.

Didn't rotate tires like they were supposed to,and car had mud splashes after washing. A Little pissed to say the least

I leased two cars from Karen Sabatini, and could not be happier with my experience! Dealership is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Staff is friendly and accommodating! Tons of cars to choose from, I'll definitely be a return client.
I have had nothing but great customer service and 5 stars treatment every time I have taken my car to get an oil change. I will sometimes go into the dealership to visit my salesman and as always pleasantly greeted by the the front desk ladies. Not to mention I love coming into the dealership to get my free cappuccino lol!
Just picked up my first Lincoln. My last lease was an Explorer from Varsity Ford Ann Arbor. I love both stores, but I am in love with my MKC. Especially the panoramic roof.
I can't say enough good things about Karen Sabatini and my entire experience at Varsity. The team met every single one of my wants and needs and made the process painless and very enjoyable. I'd recommend Varsity to all of my friends and family. THANKS!
