First time there it was for an airbag recall. As I dropped it off service said they may need it over night. I said no, not exceptable. I don't have another car right now. The service man tried to tell me they were fully booked. I said not my problem that you all over booked yourself. I would like a manager. In the end my vehicle was done by 2:30. Would have been a 5 star had the gal who booked the the repair said that was a possibility and not "about 6 hours".
I can not say enough nice things about this dealership. We were in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and they have a very large selection of Certified Pre-Owned. Everyone there is helpful, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. They really understand the meaning of good customer service. The vehicle we liked was offered at a competitive Kelly BB price, plus the warranty was excellent. October of 2016 I took my car in to get an oil change and I inquired on prices for new windshield wipers. The sales rep quoted me a price and I mentioned it was quite low for the type of car I have. The sales rep said it was correct price until I come pick up the car and the wiper blades ended up being double the price he quoted me. The service is fast, friendly and superior..Don't inparticularly like watching "The View" but there are many neat things to look at around the shop; good coffee to drink while you wait. Friendly people, nice cars, how could you ask for anything more? GREAT service!
Roger in service was the real MVP today. I went to a Ford dealership to have the works done and realized I didn't have the lug nut key for tire rotation. He said "bring it in here and we'll take care of you". Thank you Roger!
I actually stopped in to just get some straight information on a lease that was out of miles and still had a few months to go. I was greeted and helped by the right person. Jeff not only truthfully told me options, he had a great deal. No joke, it was the best deal I could have hoped for going from a fusion to a Mkz.
