Dr Hao explained everything & answered all my questions about my surgery!! His nurse tho, i felt like she was incompetent. I called a week after my post op about one of my incisions as it became open. She acted like i was dumb (i work in the medical field) and said not to worry about it & to call her the next week if it got worse. I called back the next week and told them it didn’t look right. I broke my left hand... and the Dr. who performed the surgery actually corrected my hand AND made my hand STRONGER than it was originally. (Before the injury) #ThankYou
Everyone in this office is great!! From front office scheduling, billing, scanning technicians, nurses and doctors...this staffs attention to detail is very friendly, thorough and understandable. I live in SD now and plan to continue my care with this group as everyone knows it is very difficult to find providers you feel so comfortable with. These specialists and their staff cannot be replaced!!
A wonderful facility for outpatient procedures! I just had a hernia repair completed and a few years ago a colonoscopy. The staff is friendly, effecient and very professional. A very short wait time from when I checked in and before I knew it I was in recovery. Thanks to everyone for your sincere patient care.
