I would never recommend this place. If you think the place is highly priced so it must be quality, you would be wrong. I lived here for 3 years and with new management in the last year the place has gone down the hole. Maintenance requests are ignored, and when they do come in they will leave a mess. Their so called amenities like fitness equipment and fire pits never work. And the office staff is a joke. You will not find more rude staff in the slums. RecommendedI love this property. It’s not just one big box building. There are green spaces and areas to congregate and grill and chill. The neighborhood is nice with lots of places to walk. It’s also close to the biker/hiker trail over by Menards.
The people are friendly and the staff is very accommodating. They also allow dogs, so that's a plus. Overall it's a great place to live!
The apartment itself is awesome. Staff has gotten a lot better, service has gotten better, outdoor amenities are great, friendly folks living here. Had a few appliance/customer service issues in the summer time but things were eventually fixed and made right by the company. I would recommend living here

This has been a wonderful place to live. It’s a great location, beautiful apartments, always an adequate amount of parking for each building, great property managers, and maintenance was almost always prompt when we put in requests. Also, the pool area is gorgeous. It has been an excellent home for us.
