The Jr. Gym, Swim Lessons, and kids classes are excellent and taught by people who really love kids and know what they are doing. RecommendedI absolutely love everything about that specific location the atmosphere the staff the people that work out there at it's just a great place to go.
I would not reccomend Genesis, we went for the 7 day pass to see if we could make it work with the workout style we do which is HIIT style and weight training. We asked them if it was ok to move weights into a more secluded area so we weren't in anyone's way, they said it wouldn't be a problem. 20 minutes into our workout the manager comes over saying people are complaining we are using too many weights (we had 4 sets of weights).
