Renters, beware! My experience with Willow Bridge Property Company, specifically at The Vista on Brodie, has been frustrating and costly. I was not allowed to view my unit before signing and was assured it would be identical to the sample unit, just with better upgrades. After signing, I discovered it was an ADA-modified unit with lower countertops, which was never disclosed—making it impractical for someone who is 6’2”. I'm speaking on behalf of your property at Urban North. I've been trying to be the quiet neighbor and not put too man complaints in but today put the icing on the cake when I had to deal with Jane in the office. I checked my balance on my account before entering the office to make sure that I had the exact balance that needed to be paid. They tried to raise my rent to $2400/mo when the exact same floorplan one floor below me is $1900. Rejected my negotiation of $1950. The highest for my floorplan in the complex is $2000. I don’t even have a balcony, so why is mine somehow worth an extra 25% of the asking rate? Ridiculous. I could move into the exact same floor plan on the day my lease ends and save $500 a month! There’s a reason Gallery has the lowest occupancy rate around. They would rather have units remain empty for months than offer people are fair rent ... read more

I can only speak to Willow Bridge's management of Villages at the Domain but you don't want to live here. The location is great but the buildings are in a constant state of disrepair and neglect. As others have mentioned the elevators are only occasionally functional and tend to make terrible sounds even when they are. I spent twenty minutes stuck in one of them on Christmas Day. Additionally, even though there is a brand new intercom system for the doors, it is constantly offline. You may have to walk all the way around the... read more
