Living at a property they manage and it is an absolute nightmare. Still charging absurd rent rates, charging full rent when the amenities have been closed off for 3 months. Very unprofessional management. Don’t answer your questions professionally at all, only answer half the questions and dodge the important ones. Have had to constantly contact them when maintenance is needed in the apartment. Moved in with a broken dishwasher with mold in. Still waiting for it to be fixed. This company is a laughing stock. They let my wife and I move into a cockroach infested apartment, which hasn’t been adequately dealt with in 3 weeks, so there’s that. Upon emailing LPC directly, they told me that the manager for the property would be in contact with me, but I haven’t received anything back. So there’s that. They’re just lucky to have good maintenance and office staff at the property, Pavilion at Lake Eve. So there’s that.

While I previously found Lincoln Property Co.'s Cumberland Park Apartments in Orlando, FL to be a safe, clean, comfortable complex for myself and my two dogs, it has gone downhill immensely in my third year of residency. Liquor bottles, rotten food, and other miscellaneous trash is infinitely littered throughout the property. Gym equipment is constantly broken thanks to unattended children always occupying machines.
