Trustworthy and credible are the best descriptors imo. I had to get one tire fixed at another shop (national chain) on off hours from Lincoln’s. Was told my shocks were shot and coolant was leaking along with needing some tire pressure monitors replaced…I was aware of the tpms needs. Took car to Lincoln Mansfield and they checked it out…shocks were perfect and no coolant leak! Had the tpms needs replaced and saved hundreds on unnecessary repairs. Thank you!

Great experience fast and accommodating
Everything was really great except for the carwash and amount of time it took for service. They offer a complimentary carwash but it was not a good wash. I had to go out with cloths and clean the back and front from water spots and clean the windows. They good at least wipe the car down before they send it home. And, I expected about an hour wait but it was over two hours. I will request a loaner next time and hope they give me one. They have said they are all out the last couple of times I asked .
We recently bought a car from Krieger and would recommend him to anyone. He listened to us and we are thrilled with our purchase.
