This dealership sold me a truck with 44,000 miles on it and it started leaking oil a few days after buying it. They were no help with taking care of my problem! The truck was in the shop 5 times in 4 months. I made 3 payments on the truck and every payment I made it was in the shop. I owned the truck for 5 months and had to trade it off because it would not stop leaking oil!

4/04/24 We have bought several new vehicles at this dealership over the last 21 years for our family. We have enjoyed the different selections while our family has grown in Franklin, TN. We missed the previous owner when we first chose this dealership for providing the highest level of service when buying new vehicles with Ford. It is shocking how bad the customer service is at Ford of Franklin. You know things are bad when an employee tells a customer “I’m not surprised, it’s a **** show here.” After I told myself I was done with Ford of Franklin, I even reached out to the GM of Service Tracy to give him a chance to make it right before contacting BBB and Ford Corporate. *** *****, we certainly apologize for not giving you satisfactory service. I did check today and there are no open recalls on your F-150. After trying to duplicate the smell from your AC, we were unable to smell anything or find water leaking into the floor. As a good gesture, after speaking to and emailing back and forth with Tracy, our Service Director, we did reimburse you. I confirmed you did receive the check last week. So my family has been buying vehichles at this dealership for over 30 years. The service has only gotten worse and they don't stand behind their product. Management in the service department is no help either. I took my car to ********** for an oil change in early July. They mentioned I need new tires and rotors. I had that service done but have had nothing but problems since. The brakes weren't properly calibrated so I had to take it back to have that fixed. Pathetic Customer Service. Service Advisor who offers and gives no pertinent information on the service of your vehicle so the PAYING CUSTOMER can make an informed decision on their vehicles service needs. Rude and disrespectful Service Advisor. Management over the Lincoln Service Dept, NOT HELPFUL! Hard to reach.

Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their work. Had a repair done recently. The vehicle a month later is doing the exact thing it did before the repair and they said they fixed it. Called to get issue addressed. I need a vehicle to drive. I paid for a rental during the initial repair. They had the rental car company call me about how long to keep the rental while they addressed the failure of their repair. Not my first bad experience with them but for sure my last.

A week ago my vehicle broke down last Sat and I had it towed to dealer where I bought the van. My regular shop was closed on Sat I was called and tlod that the shifter cable was damaged and needed to be replaced. I picked up the van today and was shocked to see the charge for labor to replace a shifyt cable cable. On line on Repair Pal the labor to replace cable should be $327 to $413.
