This was my second visit to Lincoln of Franklin, and once again the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The customer service truly stands out. I’d like to give a special shoutout to the courtesy drivers for being so helpful and professional, and to my service advisor, Brooke, for her excellent communication and support throughout the process. She made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the consistent, high-quality service and will definitely continue coming back.
The gentleman in the portico is extremely friendly.
