Oil change, multi-point inspection, and car wash took over 3.5 hours. Only reason I gave 1 star was that they didn’t end up charging me for the oil change because of how long I had to wait at the dealership for this service.
We are very pleased with Lincoln’s of Franklin’s Service on our Aviator. Scheduling is easy, service is done in a few hours and the car wash is a great extra perk. Nice vibe all round.
