We stayed at Liberty Military Housing - Willoughby Bay since this is military housing and we are military family. However, this turned out to be the worst housing we have ever lived in. There is a constant turnover in their office with new employees constantly joining and leaving, which itself tells you what kind of company this is. I decided to move out due to having a job in another city. I signed the agreement to break the lease $2760. The next day they send another addendum saying I have to pay 162 x 8 months of staying at a discounted rate this bring my total to over $4k. I am a single mother. I had a hole in my ceiling from a leaking tub for over 3 weeks. I didn’t complain because I don’t like confrontation. Plus I had to live here. They fixed the leak but the whole was open for 2 more weeks. We saw all kinds of bugs and the plastic placed on the hole kept falling off. We had a lot of bugs, beetles, earwigs, especially water bugs, and spiders. Paint splatter on the hard surface floors, cabinets were horrible from wear and tear and the walls are paper thin.

Before moving into our Lincoln Military home, we were not told about the ridiculous infestation of bugs in the house. We have been living a nightmare since the moment we moved in. Cockroaches are the main issue (we have 3 different kinds) but the house is crawling with spiders, earwigs, and many other different insects. We have had cockroaches pour out of the attic above us and into our bed, rain down everywhere in the kitchen, and we are always seeing them run around the floors and into different rooms.
