Update: March 9, 2021 Leasing Manager walked through the house with us and addressed our concerns and was very professional. We are waiting on a couple more things such as a new door for our master bedroom and a pressure washing and she ensured that those would be addressed and completed. Just had a ticket filled for a broken dishwasher from THREE months ago front desk tried blaming it on COVID.... unacceptable if you can’t fulfill your duties as a business when you are still able to operate with safety protocols then We should not have to fulfill our entire BAH religiously DUE TO COVID. I can’t wait to leave this dump. Maintnance staff specifically Myron have been this places only saving grace. As for the other staffs and their attitudes I have nothing positive to say.

This place is the WORST! No type of protection, shootings happening in the neighborhood! Kids are NOT SAFE, my backyard keeps getting broken into! I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVE HERE!!!!

This is the absolute worst housing. Maintenance does a good job with the help they are provided but the people in the office are an absolute JOKE. avoid living here if you can. Go somewhere else.

I’m really not a complainer. That’s probably why nothing gets done. It’s disheartening when my dishwasher drawer falls down every time I close it because the wheels are missing and my kids are eating off of dishes with rust on them from it. It has a dirty moldy film that I actually complained about on my move in sheet last year. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Worst housing I have ever lived in!! They refuse to take care of maintenance issues, extremely Trashy community. Save the frustration the headache and some money by living somewhere else. Maxine the district manager is useless. She needs to be fired.
