The worst place to live ever!! Rarely have heat in the winters. Have to call the emergency hotline all the time throughout the night to get our heat back on. Housing office always gives you the run around and doesn't ever seem to care! When you have an 11 month old and a new born you need to know your heat will be working.
We had a similar experience where we were told one thing and the office claimed they never said it. They are not organized at all. Had no problems with our apartment but really disappointed with the management.
