We've had a great experience so far. If something breaks they come straight away and fix it. I am very persistent so if something isn't done I let them know. No place is perfect but I have seen them try and improve things as they can. I really enjoy Annapolis and you can't live anyplace this big for this price around here as far as renting goes. I was very pleasantly surprised with this being our first time in housing. We all have different needs and experiences.
worst housing g for senior military personnel, I have seen better housing for seniors but this one right here is the worse.
Trying to charge me $1500 insufficient notice fee for a last minute PCS move. Now in collections even though contract states 30 day notice can be waived if under a PCS move. Now I have to deal with military legal assistance for these jokers. Trust all the negative reviews. Beware ...
If it weren’t for the convenience we wouldn’t be here. Staff falsely relays information and no one seems to care or take it seriously.
We’ve been here little over a month and so far so good! Very friendly housing office staff and maintenance issues are handled immediately....very happy here... �
Something has got to be done about the parents that are coming through the neighborhood to drop off and pick up from the CDC, they pay absolutely no attention to the speed limit and are regularly going at least 30. Someone's child, or pet is going to get ran over because they can't be bothered to do the speed limit!!!!! Maybe they need to be reminded that their kids are also out walking these streets during the day or being pushed in strollers along these same streets.
