Great place to live! Office team and maintenance are top notch!
I have always loved this apartment complex. The 1 bedrooms are HUGE for the price (I don't think you can even come close anywhere else in Wichita) plus you get an extra den on the top floor and they don't jump your rent up when it's time to renew. The maintenance and staff keep the grounds looking beautiful, the office staff has always been super nice and helpful whenever I needed anything. I have lived at over 9 apartments throughout the years and THIS is the place I call home because it's my favorite!
