My mother passed away and within one day of submitting the necessary paperwork,the claim was processed and I received the proceeds within a week thru the mail.The claims department was very sympathetic to the situation, expressed their condolences and offered any additional help that might be needed. I appreciate the professionalism they showed and the excellent service they provided throughout the entire process.

The customer service representative was empathetic and kind. The process was so smooth and needed very little interaction from me which is appreciated since so much energy is required elsewhere.
