We recently had a family produce their loved one's insurance policy as payment for the funeral service arranged for the insured. With some insurance companies the paperwork is cumbersome and the process is lengthy. That was not the case with Lincoln Heritage. We were given clear, concise instructions for filing and within two weeks we were paid. The level of professionalism from the ***************** and the speed with which the claim was processed is commendable and appreciated.

Lincoln Heritage showed patience and professionalism after the passing of my husband. They were easily available by phone and were extra patient with me as I tried to complete business with a medical practitioner. This was my second using them and I was pleased on both occasions.My first time working with them I received payment in no time and was able to take care of all my brother's burial and memorial expenses. I would recommend anyone to work with them.

Lincoln Heritage was great my brother passed away on the 13th, on the 14th part of the policy was sent to my checking account. This was very much needed to help with the funeral expenses and to help with any other much needed things for his transition. My agent was great, walked me through the process every step of the way. Kudos !!! go out to ******* who was so kind and helpful during this death and mourning period in our family.
