Worst customer service PERIOD. Had to call Lincoln support for a VRTEX 360 Dual User. Machine hardly a year old, but needs an update to run the oxyfuel side. Where was the email to all the users who purchased one? Mind you this is for an educational institution the houses over 150 students. Now when i submit my update request it says the case is closed. Lincoln you all have to do better. Not to include Excaliburs being on back order until October! Welding Gear paks coming to students missing items as well. I would blast the ... read more
I went to help out with several welding procedures (thanks to republic testing labs) carbon steel stainless steel & p91 chrome, a great bunch of guys & gals.. would be willing to back & help out anytime..
