Living here is like living in North Korea. The HOA and its regime of random fees are insane. And the residents watch you like a hawk, waiting to report you for every little thing. God forbid you get caught carrying something larger than a grocery bag out of the building outside of “moving hours”, or you’ll be censured and slapped with fines. Pros: The building staff are good. The location is great and the building itself is solid.
