The technician Hayden was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Great service! We will recommend Lincoln Air & Plumbing to all of our friends.
I placed a call on Saturday morning, Bob Lincoln was able to send a tech within an hour. Hayden was very polite and knowledgeable. He cleaned after himself and put the booties on before he would enter the house. We bought a new unit from him, he did not try to sell or upsell at all. So far, I would highly recommend Bob Lincoln’s company. I will also post my experience with the installation. Hayden, thank you for all your help.
Very happy with service and how they showed in timely manner
Ronald Fendrick exceeds expectations. He is patient with explanations for the HVAC challenged. Provided attention to detail service on more than 1 occasion. I will ask for him whenever I have an issue. Really an excellent ambassador for your company.
There were some positives and negatives with my experience with Lincoln: Hannah, the agent who booked my appointment, was amazing. She said the next available was more than a day out, but she would call around and see if anyone was available sooner. She called back and had someone out in 30 minutes. Wow! The technician knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue, a faulty capacitor, an inexpensive part that needed to be replaced. He also recommended some additional coolant, R410A.
