Always the nicest guys and explain everything to you!
I've never dealt with this business and I don't plan on it because of the reckless speeding by one of their drivers on October 1st of 2025 at 2:00 p.m. while crossing over the overpass of the Salt River on Estrella Parkway, this guy was going 70 mph in a a 45 zone. Thought I'd leave a review so his management could give him a gold star for his disregard of public safety.
These guys were awesome.... got a service call on the same day I called them... they come out, communicated everything to me, and even showed pictures of stuff...
Hayden was the best. He was professional and explained everything to me. I needed a new motor and some refrigerant that is why my price was higher. We are VIP members and usually pay nothing for regular maintenance. Hayden also got me hooked up to have my vents cleaned. He was a pleasant young man. We have been using Lincoln air for about 3 years and would not go anywhere else. Their customer service is the best. Happy birthday Hayden.
